Reputable Sources in… Caijing?

Earlier this month, Sean Silbert, food editor for Time Out Beijing interviewed me about Chinese cures and ferments. Thanks to a friend of this project for pointing me towards Caijing’s unsourced rip of the Time Out piece. Caijing– not just a business magazine but a news aggregator– posted it the same day as it was on the Time Out website. Effective web monkeys!
